I began my career in education, where I discovered the power of thoughtful, engaging instruction. After four years in the classroom, I transitioned into instructional design and found an exciting path that allowed me to bring my teaching expertise into the corporate world.

For the past three years, I’ve worked as a Sales Enablement Manager with a focus on instructional design at a SaaS company, designing learning experiences that drive performance and engagement. Through this work, I’ve deepened my understanding of how adults learn, and found that great instruction, whether for students or professionals, shares the same core principles: it must be clear, relevant, and engaging.

This mindset has guided me in creating impactful learning programs, playbooks, training resources, and eLearning content that meet real needs and drive real results.
